  The best customer service I've experienced in a while.. just the lay out makes you want to come in and the people who work there are so great and friendly, take the time to talk about your needs and budget with in all that you feel like you are ready to go and travel. Personally i felt like I was there in my own travel world just how they explain it and in such detailed description you honestly walk out suprised and with a smile. .. not going to book anywhere else but at flight center ; )

  Booked our wonderful USA Trip, and their approved suppliers let us down. From airport transfers, transfers from hotel to Universal was ages, return one third of the time. The morning was via various depots. Return direct. Then our last hotel refused to honour booking. Alternative accomodation organised, we were promised refund for hotel and phone call back to Australia, they've wiped their hands of it. About $500 out of pocket. The Vegas experience superb. Disney great. Lego Land was fun, yet transfers again let us down. TIP If you're with a family of four or more, book limo transfers, they're cheaper. The Anaheim hotel was not booked as family room, meaning five people in standard hotel room. Cheap hotel was found to divide family up. These agents need to know when booking for a family of five, it means five. That's why our last hotel refused us to stay as they only allowed four people per room as per fire regulations.

  Just got the most amazing phone call from Flight Centre Stuf Park to tell me I had won a competition I entered at the Melbourne Wedding and Honeymoon Expo! Will definitely call on Flight Centre when I'm ready to book the honeymoon ! Thanks Flight Centre

  Although better than a lot of other travel agents around, there is a lot of room for improvement here. When looking something up for you, it is almost a policy that they do not return your call and after you enquire back a few days after the time that they say that they will call, they have forgotten what you asked for. Also, it pays to do your research before talking to them as their knowledge of prices and alternatives is limited to searching the web while you are there. If they could learn to get some real knowledge behind them and always follow through with enquiries, the business could boom. Two stars would have been a bit harsh but three seems generous.
