    Seems to be run by an extremely rude, morbidly obese middle aged man. You stand in the queue and pray you don't have to deal with this obnoxious individual. Will do whatever he can not to meet your request and if there's any disagreement he behaves as if you've personally insulted him. Constantly miserable look on his face and if you ask him to do anything acts as if you're greatly inconveniencing him.

    Like most of the infrastructure problems in this state this place is half the size of what it should be, with the line usually out the door into the corridor .The staff are friendly but there is not enough of them.

    Tad smaller than usual Aus Posts. But service is pretty quick (depending on time).

    Very rude customer service, never going there again!!!

    They need more space, more terminals. I know rent here is damn expensive, they need to reconfigure the place. Ok service. Just average wait times are excessive.
