  What a lovely asset to your company she is, and an absolute delight to deal with, she gave me such wonderful advice and went out of her way to help me and my dog Griffin. You have a true superstar on your hands, you can tell she loves what she does and has a great passion for animals & helping her customers!   Not usually one to review but after going into the Rowville store on the weekend, I was absolutely blown away by your staff member Tracey.

  Really bad service. The 2 girls at the counter stood there and chatted while me and another customer wandered around, not even a hello or acknowledged. Every single thing I came to get was out of stock, as were most of the products to be honest.
