  January 2017 update: Now that we have completed our move I thought I should update my post. Our move was flawless, the guys who moved our household items were careful, super efficient and considerate. Today, the came round to collect the empty boxes so that they can be used by another customer later. No additional charge. Once again, a heart-felt thank-you. You couldn't have happier customers.

  Absolutely terrible removalist company. On the day of the move they arrived late, were incredibly rude, and ignored my removal concerns. They dropped so many C and F words during the removal it was incredible. At one point I was ready to stop the removal and seek TOLL intervention, due to the lack of ability to manage the ICR documentation on their own ipad, despite assurances that Dawson employees are trained in every aspects of a removal. They handled fragile marked items with disrespect. In summary, totally unprofessional. They're without a doubt one of the worst.Don't go with them. Such a gamble if you do. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would.

  Dawson's moved us in June 2017. They did all the packing the day prior and the move went extremely well. They also arranged for 2 ladies to assist setting up our Kitchen storage by unpacking and putting all the items in the cupboards & drawers. This helped an enormous amount.

  I had a really positive experience with Dawson's amidst the general stress of moving. From quotation to queries leading up to the move itself, and asking for advice on packing, the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The process of uplifting and subsequent delivery a week later went smoothly. I would recommend them, highly. I did obtain a second quote and decided to go with Dawson's.

  Dawson is moving us and also storing our excess furniture as part of the 'de-clutter' process prior to our big move. A few days ago, I somehow managed to lose my car keys and the spare set had gone off to Dawson's storage. I phoned up and explained my problem and told them where I thought the spare set was located. In less than a day they had not only found the keys but also had them delivered to my home. They were super friendly, and even more importantly, super helpful. Thanks for your responsiveness and efforts to help me in making our big move as smooth as possible! You guys are awesome.
