    After sales service not good as would not honour the product warranty and blamed the purchaser for a defect hence the low star rating. Have other customers had a problem with the cast iron trivets on gas cooktops.

    Importer if cheaper household appliances. They ain't five star, you get what you pay for. Pre sales service is good. After sales isn't.

    Great product but the after sale service was terrible. Robert was extremely rude on the phone!!! Was told he would fix the problem but 2 weeks later and nothing has happened.
